Kingsley Goan Curry
Made from scratch in our kitchen, you could say it’s more Cornish than Goan…
…but it’s still a favourite.

We make our own curry sauce from scratch. Then we poach some chicken or cod pieces in the sauce and serve it in a basket made from a deep-fried tortilla wrap (not sure quite how to describe this in an Indian way!) and fragrant rice with coriander.
