We use a combination of fresh Ethiopian and Indian coffees to give a rich smooth taste. Our Ethiopian coffee is sourced from the Sidamo growing region in the South of the country. This coffee is a fine example of the kind of perfumed scent and taste found only in Ethiopian beans. Like many African coffees, it features a small and greyish bean, which produces a deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma.
The beans used in our coffee are carefully sourced, only the highest quality beans are selected and then painstakingly roasted to deliver coffee of the highest standard demanded by the most disconcerting coffee drinkers.
